Keep a clear record of the subscriptions you choose to track.

ManageSubs is an iPhone subscription manager for people who want to enter and review recurring costs without connecting a bank account. This page describes the currently verified app behaviour; it does not promise bank discovery, merchant cancellation, prices, trials, or unshipped features.

Add subscriptions your way

Manual entry and service templates

Add a subscription yourself or start from a built-in service template. See the versioned template catalog for its current verified count. ManageSubs does not scan a connected bank account or use bank credentials to discover subscriptions.

Scan and import

You can scan a receipt, invoice, or subscription-list screenshot, or import CSV or JSON. Check imported details before relying on them: those options do not guarantee that every subscription is found.

Review recurring costs and renewal dates

ManageSubs schedules local reminders from renewal dates and reminder offsets that you record. If you record a trial end date, it can schedule a trial-expiration reminder one day before that date. Reminder delivery depends on the dates you enter, notification permission, and iOS delivery.

When a locally stored subscription price changes through a manual edit or supported scan flow, the app can keep passive price history. It does not monitor merchant prices or send price-increase alerts.

Read how ManageSubs normalizes billing cycles, converts currencies, treats pauses, and estimates cancellation savings before using a dashboard total as a planning number.

Record a cancellation without claiming to perform it

After you cancel with Apple, Google, or the merchant, ManageSubs can mark the local record as cancelled, save the cancellation date and reason, stop reminders, and let you reactivate the record later. It does not contact a merchant or cancel a subscription for you.

Its cancellation-saving figure is an estimate based on the price, billing cycle, and cancellation date you record. It is not verified against a bank transaction or merchant billing system.

Storage and sync

Subscription records are stored on the device. Private iCloud/CloudKit sync is available and can be disabled; if CloudKit cannot load, the app can continue with a local-only store. Read the Privacy Policy for the current analytics, purchase, and website-data disclosures.

Free and Pro boundaries

Verified for the live 1.11 release on 2026-07-21: Free users can track up to five subscriptions and use one import. Existing users who already had more than five subscriptions are grandfathered at their existing count. ManageSubs Pro removes those limits and enables Home Screen widgets.

ManageSubs is free to download with optional in-app purchases. We do not list a fixed price or trial term here because those can vary by App Store storefront and change over time. See the current App Store listing before purchasing.

Languages

The App Store lists ManageSubs in English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. Language availability does not mean every feature string has native-language review, and the Privacy Policy and Terms are provided in English only.
