ManageSubs is an iPhone subscription manager built to help people record recurring costs, review spending, and remember renewal dates without connecting a bank account.
Who writes and reviews the guides
Guides are published under the organization identity ManageSubs team. This is an honest shared byline, not a fictional person. Product claims are checked against the current app source, App Store listing, and public website behavior. Platform instructions and policy claims are checked against first-party sources such as Apple, Google, PayPal, and the relevant service provider.
How we research
- Start with the question a reader is trying to answer.
- Prefer current first-party documentation for steps, eligibility, billing, refunds, cancellation, and data handling.
- Separate verified facts from examples, opinion, and product explanation.
- Link sources beside the claims they support when the guide relies on external policy or research.
- Check that visible FAQs and structured data say the same thing.
Corrections and updates
Subscription and platform rules change. We record a separate publication date and substantive modification date for each guide. When we find a material error or an outdated claim, we correct the source content and its generated pages rather than leaving a silent exception. Technical template changes alone do not reset a guide's original publication date.
Localization
Marketing and guide translations use an automated consistency review and may not have been reviewed by a native-language editor. Product names remain unchanged. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are provided only in English so there is one legal source of truth.
